New to the gym or classes, try a class before signing up! Drop in like it’s hot with a one off class pass or a class pack to ease you into your R1SE journey.
As a member you get a 30 minute induction with one of our personal trainers to get you familiar with our Technogym kit and to get your starting into your R1SE journey.
CALLING ALL ARENA NEWBIE
Must arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before the class to inform the instructor it is your first class so they can give you the low down.
