WAVE THERAPY
Wave Therapy at R1SE Bournemouth is a dry water massage using gentle jets of heated water beneath a waterproof membrane to deliver a full-body massage -without getting wet. You float weightlessly while the system targets tension, eases sore muscles and improves circulation, giving your body the chance to truly reset.
Light therapy enhances the experience: green calms your mind and soothes your body, blue sharpens focus and uplifts mood, red supports repair and skin health and rainbow cycles through colours for a complete wellness boost.
