One of our lead team members, overseeing the development of all things R1SE Fitness & Wellbeing. Get ready to rise and restore balance back into your life, as Faye is also our yoga guru. You will find her teaching our Rnbreathe yoga, flying in the aerial hammocks and getting low in our Pulse class. She accomplishes a light-hearted practice, combining that strength, flexibility and stability it takes to get you through the day. Good for your body but even better for your soul.

Sarah’s goal in her classes is to empower, strengthen and challenge people to make them feel like anything is achievable one move at a time whilst distracting you with a mix of mega tunes from remixes, house to throwback music!
